Health and safety concerns prevent us from accepting any used cartridges, used tanks or e-liquids for return. Opened or used Dry herb & concentrates devices.
All returns must include a receipt from the date of original purchase. Mig Vapor will grant refunds and exchanges based on a case-by-case basis, and according to Mig Vapor’s criteria. This pertains to refunds not factory defects.That is a different policy.
Products returned for an exchange or refund within 30 calendar days from the date of original purchase will be accepted. After the 30 days has expired, customers who wish to return an item will only be offered an exchange or store credit. All purchases must be in unused, with no alterations and be original Mig Vapor products. The following definitions must apply to all returned products:
Mig Vapor does accept items damaged during shipping. Customers who received damaged products are asked to contact Customer Support right away. Deficient items received by customers and items customers did not order but still received can be returned for store credit and a cash refund.
All returned items are subject to inspection by us to qualify for a full refund. Broken and used products do not and will not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee for all returns will be applied. Shipping costs initially borne by the customer will not be refunded.
Customers MUST contact Mig Vapor in 30 days of purchase if they want to return ANY purchase. Products will not be accepted for return AFTER 30 days if no contact has been made by the customer to Mig Vapor.
RMA numbers are required for any product to qualify for return.
Mig Vapor will not accept any item(s) that have been tainted with substances considered illegal by the state of Florida and illegal for intra-state transport. These products will not be accepted for return.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
